- postcodes.io — open-source UK postcode lookup (no personal data sent).
- Police.uk API — crime data by postcode region (no personal data sent).
7. Data Retention
Contact form submissions are retained for up to 12 months. Email addresses collected with consent are retained until you unsubscribe. Server logs (IP addresses) are anonymised within 24 hours and aggregated analytics data is retained for up to 26 months.
