We do not collect payment card data, national insurance numbers, or sensitive personal data.

  • postcodes.io — open-source UK postcode lookup (no personal data sent).
  • Police.uk API — crime data by postcode region (no personal data sent).

7. Data Retention

Contact form submissions are retained for up to 12 months. Email addresses collected with consent are retained until you unsubscribe. Server logs (IP addresses) are anonymised within 24 hours and aggregated analytics data is retained for up to 26 months.

8. Your Rights (UK GDPR)

Under UK GDPR, you have the following rights:

  • Right to access — request a copy of the data we hold about you.
  • Right to rectification — request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten").
  • Right to restrict processing.
