School data is sourced from Ofsted and the Department for Education under the Open Government Licence. Crime statistics are sourced from Police.uk under the Open Government Licence. Broadband data is sourced from Ofcom Connected Nations data under the Open Government Licence.

6. Intellectual Property

The design, layout, software, and original content of uk-property.org (excluding government open data) are the intellectual property of uk-property.org. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any part of the Site without our prior written consent.
